Waxing or threading are really affective. If you don't want so much pain, then bleach your neck. Waxing is really good beacuse it prevents hair growth and also keeps it off for a long time.
Threading is affective and not as painful as waxing but delivers the same results except the hair only stays away for about 2 weeks Bleaching doesn`t remove hair but it lightens it so the hairs are not as visible. It lasts for about 3-4 weeks or more depending on your skin hair coarse�thickness and for how long you leave it on
I really prefer waxing because with time the hairs get thinner and eventually the follicles get so weak that the hair stops growing back. You can wax at home by buying a home kit or go to a proffesional at a salon. I`ve been waxing my legs for 3 years and each time it grows back slower and slower and i have to wax less and less. Since waxing takes hairs out from the roots, its results are fawless. Your back might be red for the next couple hours or a day. Make sure to moisturize after waxing. I think waxing is the best hair removal technique, You should try waxing.
